Dr. Marissa Gilger, Au.D., is dedicated to delivering top-tier audiological care through the application of best practices, focusing on validated testing and precise verification processes. With personal experience of hearing loss from childhood, Dr. Gilger combines empathy and expertise to ensure her patients receive individualized care that is both scientifically grounded and personally meaningful.

After earning her doctoral degree in Audiology from the University of the Pacific, Dr. Gilger gained valuable experience at Kaiser Permanente, where she specialized in the verification of hearing aid fittings and the validation of treatment outcomes. Now at Gold Country Hearing, she continues to prioritize patient-centered care using the latest technology and data-driven approaches.

Outside of work, Dr. Gilger enjoys hiking with her husband Jake and their two Great Danes, Rosie and Ruth. She is also passionate about reading and lifelong learning, always seeking new knowledge to enhance her practice.
